Return, Refund, Warranty & Service Policy

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return: • The product must be unused and in its original condition. • The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices. Returns Not Accepted Returns will not be accepted in the following cases: • Change of mind after purchase. • Products without any manufacturing or transport-related issues. • Products that have been used, damaged due to improper handling, or modified by the customer.

2. Refund Policy Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our team. 3. Transport Warranty SGB Agro Industries provides 100% Transport Warranty on all eligible products. Transport Damage Policy In case a product is received in damaged condition due to transportation: • The issue must be reported within 24 to 48 hours from the time of delivery. • Customers must provide clear photographs and/or videos showing the damaged product and packaging. • Our support team will verify the claim and provide an appropriate solution. 5. Product Warranty Brush Cutter • 6 Months Warranty on the Engine Only. • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty Does Not Cover • Normal wear and tear. • Improper usage or lack of maintenance. • Physical damage caused by accidents or mishandling. • Unauthorized repairs or modifications. Trolley & Dumper Currently, no official warranty is provided for Trolley and Dumper products. However, SGB Agro Industries offers technical support and service assistance for components whenever possible.
