Return, Refund, Warranty & Service Policy
1. Return Policy

At SGB Agro Industries, we are committed to delivering reliable agricultural equipment.

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, only under the following conditions:

Product is damaged during transit
Wrong product has been delivered
Product has a manufacturing defect

Return Conditions:

Product must be in unused condition
Must be returned with original packaging and accessories

❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:

Change of mind
Non-damage cases
Used or improperly handled products
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
Once approved, refund will be completed within 5–10 business days

Refund Method:

All refunds (including COD orders) will be processed via Bank Transfer / UPI
Customer must provide correct bank details
3. Transport Warranty

We provide 100% Transport Warranty for all orders.

If the product is damaged during shipping, customer is eligible for free replacement or resolution
No additional shipping charges will be applied in such cases
4. Transport Damage Policy

In case of transport damage:

Must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
Customer must provide clear photos/videos as proof
Our team will verify and take necessary action

⚠️ Claims without proof or delayed reporting may be rejected

5. Product Warranty

6 Months Warranty on Engine only
Covers manufacturing defects only

❌ Warranty does NOT cover:

Wear & tear
Improper usage or maintenance
Physical damage or unauthorized modification
🛠️ Trolley & Dumper
No official warranty
However, we provide support for components and service assistance
6. Service Policy

We provide repair and servicing support for:

All SGB Agro products
All brush cutters (any brand)

Service Terms:

Customer bears incoming transport cost (sending product to us)
Product will be inspected after arrival
Service/repair charges will be informed in advance
After servicing:
Product will be shipped back
Return shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch
7. General Conditions
All returns, refunds, and service requests are subject to inspection and approval
SGB Agro Industries reserves the right to reject claims if:
Product is misused
Damage is due to improper handling
False or incomplete information is provided
